What does a membership at Today Studios include?

All members benefit from: permanent custom-made desks (150 x 75 cm), secure lockers, mail service, colour printing facilities, discount in our on-site cafe, free tea/coffee and milk in the member's kitchen, free meeting rooms and event space hire.

Is the internet connection any good?

We understand the importance of a fast and reliable internet connection. Our 1 gb/second internet connection is managed and maintained by experts. The building has wifi coverage throughout and ethernet connections are provided at every desk.

What size are the desks?

Our custom-made desks measure 150 x 75 cm. Members are also provided with adjustable ergonomic desk chairs.

Do you have printing facilities?

All members have free fair use of our Xerox Phaser 7500 colour printer.

Do you have a shower?

We have a spacious shower and changing area.

Is there somewhere to lock my bike?

There are plenty of secure bike racks on site.

Am I allowed to bring my dog?

Sorry, we have a no pet policy in the office.

Do you have a post room?

We will receive and deliver your post to your desk. We have a collection at 4pm Monday–Friday (for prepaid letters and packages).

What if my company needs a phone service?

You are welcome to use VOIP phones but members are responsible for their own contracts and equipment.

Do you hold talks or events?

Today Studios hosts a regular schedule of events, curated by Accept & Proceed. See our full listing.

Members can also use our space to host their own business events.

What are the opening hours?

All members can access the building 24/7. Reception is staffed 8.30am–5.30pm.

Can guests visit me at my desk?

The office is reserved for members only, but guests are welcome to visit the café and meeting area.

Do members have to pay to use the meeting rooms?

All members can use the large meeting area and private meeting booths free of charge.
Please book in advance by contacting our house manager.

How do I reserve a meeting room?

Members can reserve the meeting booths using a shared calendar.

The meeting area and event space can be reserved by contacting our house manager.
We can also organise refreshments and catering if required.

What size meeting rooms do you have?

Our conference room comfortably seats eight around the table. Private meetings can be held in one of our two soundproof booths, which seat either two or four people.

Can I book a meeting room at the weekend?

Meeting rooms are also available at weekends. Please contact our house manager to discuss your requirements.

I've reserved a meeting room. How do I register my guests?

Please contact our house manager to register your guests.

Do all memberships begin on the 1st of the month?

Yes, although if you want to join mid month we can adjust the fee accordingly.

Are your memberships really month-to-month?

Our contracts are on a rolling one-month basis. We require a full calendar month’s notice to end your contract.

What if I'm looking for a private office or dedicated desk for more than 30 days in the future?

A £350 deposit secures your desk. Office space rental is subject to a lease agreement.

When can I reserve a desk?

Reserving a desk is easy. Please contact our contact our house manager to get started.

I'm ready to sign up! What are my payment options?

A £350 deposit secures your desk and we require payment via bank transfer. We also request that you set up a standing order for monthly payments on the 1st of each month. Discounts are available for longer-term memberships.

When do I have to let you know if I want to move out?

Write to us giving us one full calendar month notice, i.e. write to us at the end of January to cancel from 1st March.

My company has grown out of its current space. Does Today Studios have spaces for teams larger than 12 people?

Yes, team desks are available. Please contact our house manager to find out more.

Does Today Studios charge late fees?

As stated in our terms and conditions, Today Studios reserve the right to charge interest on rent overdue for 7 days or more. In addition to this, we charge a £50 admin fee for rent overdue by 14 days or more.

How can I review my monthly invoice?

Your monthly invoice will be sent automatically, you can request a copy by contacting our house manager.

Can I make an appointment for a tour of the building?

You are welcome to pop in between 8.30am and 5pm for a tour or contact our house manager to book in advance.
